ROTARACT – international non-political youth organization which unites active young people. The activities of Rotaract clubs foster the development of leadership and professionalism, responsible public spirit and high ethic standards in business. By individual and group activities youth serves for the society, stimulates international consciousness and goodwill towards every single person.

The first Lithuanian Rotaract club was founded in 1934 in Kaunas. Now we have 11 active Rotaract clubs.

Till 2014 Lithuanian Rotary and Rotaract clubs were under the jurisdiction of Denmark’s District 1460. On 1 May 2001, the LRO Committee was registered at the Lithuanian Ministry of Justice, to coordinate the activities of Lithuanian clubs. Now Lithuania has separate district 1462. It was officially declared on 1 July 2014.
